We can not
respond to email
-verification requests sent by your email program. If your email
program requires verification for you to receive emails from us,
please make sure
you add info@camelliashop.com to your preferred list or you will not
receive a confirmation of your order or notice that your order has
shipped. We will also not be able to contact you about your order. Also please verify that your email address is correct. If you do not supply us with your correct email address you will not receive invoices, notification of shipment, or tracking numbers.
Warranty, Guarantee & Limits of Liability
We guarantee our plants to be healthy at the time of
sale, are true to name and are packaged properly to prevent unnecessary
damage. Claims for Damage or Loss
on plants must be made within 2 business
days after delivery. You must provide us with extensive detailsas to the conditions the plant has undergone since delivery and you must supply us with photosshowing the damage or loss.
Replacement
plants, if sent for any reason, will be completely AT OUR DISCRETION and on a case by case basis and provided that you
have supplied us with the necessary details and photos showing the damage, loss
or trouble.
We are not responsible for plants that are damaged due to
negligence, improper care, disease or pests or any other problem that occurred after
plants were delivered as long as they were obviously healthy at the time of
delivery.
If plants are not obviously healthy at the time of
delivery, you must let us know this within 2 business days of receipt of your order. You must also provide us with details AND photos showing the damage.
If the plant
damage or loss is due to improper handling from the shipper, you must provide
us with photos showing the damage to the plants as well as the damage to the
packaging.
Remember in the
even of damage, loss or trouble with your plants:

2. Record
extensive details of the damage, loss or trouble
3. Report
to CamelliaShop within 2 business days preferrably by Email, telephone or
fax. We will respond to you as quickly
as possible.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid in
advance by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or by mailing us a check
or money order. We do not extend credit and no order will be processed without
payment in full.
Shipment Methods & Transit Times
Orders are shipped using the method you request on your shopping cart when you place your order.
We
do not ship the order the same day we get it. Normally, orders
received by 5:00 pm on Thursday are sent the following week. Holidays
that fall during the week may alter our shipping schedules as some
carriers do not ship on Holidays.
Products with special
shipment notices do not apply to our general shipment terms. Ex:
Plants not shipped until a certain date will state that on the product
page.
You can
choose a faster shipping method, ie: 2nd day, 3rd day or overnight.
This does not mean that your order will be prepared faster or put ahead
of other orders. It simply means that once we do ship it, you will get
it in less time than normal ground shipments. In some cases we may be
able to accommodate same day or next day shipping, but it depends on
our schedules.
Ground - 1 to 7 days depending on your location from the day we ship, not the day you order.
2nd day - 2 business days from the day we ship - not the day you order
3rd day - 3 business days from the day we ship- not the day you order
Overnight - the next day by the afternoon of the day we ship - not the day you order
States
west of Mississippi River normally take 4-7 days by ground. Shipments
to California & Oregon will usually take 5-7 days for delivery in
most cases due to inspection procedures at entry point.
States east of the Mississippi River normally take 1-4 days by ground shipment
Shipping Restrictions

Residents of
Washington will require a $ 50.00 phyto-sanitary
certificate from the Georgia Department of Agriculture to ship plants in the
soil. There is usually an additional 5-7 day delay for processing of the
certificate. We must have your completed order with payment before we can ship
to you.

Shipment to
California, Texas and Oregon
require a special permit and we have obtained certification to ship into your
states without any fees. There may be a slight delay as all plants must
go through your Agriculture department upon entering your state. There is
nothing that you need to do.
Oregon has a size limitation of a 1
gallon pot in the soil. Nothing larger than 1 gallon pots are accepted into
your state.
All plants are shipped FEDEX ground
For states east of Mississippi Riveryou can expect 2-5 day delivery from the
date of shipment, and For states West of Mississippi River you can expect 3-6 days
from the date of shipment.
PICKUP ORDERS
Pickup
orders by appointment are possible at our Savannah Georgia Location.
Orders placed by 9:00 am on Fridays will usually be available for
pickup the following week. We will notify you by email once we receive
your order as to when your plants will be ready for you to pickup as
well as pickup instructions.
If you have a specific day you
would like to get your plants, please list it on the comment section of
your order form. We will make every attempt possible to accomodate your
schedule.
We do not have a retail nursery open to the public. All pickup orders must be arranged in advance of pickup.
