NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES - NO RETURNS
We guarantee our plants to be healthy at time of sale, are true to name, and are packaged to the best of our ability. We can not be responsible for plants damaged during shipment. We can not be responsible for the future growth or health of the plant after leaving the nursery to circumstances beyond our control. No other warranties either expressed or implied exist. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid in advance by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or by mailing us a check or money order. We do not extend credit and no order will be processed without payment in full.
U.S. Shipping Information
We can ship 12 months year round to to all continental US states and most foreign countries. All shipments in the Continental US can be shipped in the soil. Please see note below regarding orders to Washington and Oregon.
Residents of Washington and Oregon will require a $ 50.00 phyto-sanitary certificate from the Georgia Department of Agriculture to ship plants in the soil. There is usually an additional 5-7 day delay for processing of the certificate. We must have your completed order with payment before we can ship to you. California shipments will not require a phyto-sanitary certificate for shipping at this time. We do not bare root.
All plants are shipped UPS, FEDEX or DHL ground. For states east of Mississippi River, you can expect 2-5 day delivery. For states West of Mississippi River, you can expect 5-7 days.
SHIPMENT TO NORTHERN CLIMATES
Shipments to northern climates or zones 5-6 is best when made during the spring and summer. We can ship to you any time of year, but the optimal planting time for you is Spring and Summer. All orders will be sent at the time of order unless you request us to ship at a later date on your order form.
