Shipping Schedule:
Your order does not ship the same day you place it. Because of preparations necessary for shipping plants from Georgia, it is not possible for us to ship the same day.
During some months, we ship weekly, other months we adjust our schdule to once or twice a month.
You need to know when your order will ship. All of our orders are shipped according to this schedule.
VIEW SHIPMENT SCHEDULE
Orders are sent early in the week so that they will have the best chance of arriving to you in less than 4 days from the shipment date.
Plants are perishable products and the shorter the time they have in the box, the better. We have configured our shipping rates to insure that your packages are received within 3-4 days. The farther you live from Georgia, the more your shipping rates will be due to the distance the carrier has to travel to get your plants to you.
The shipping charge covers the carriers rate for shipping plus the costs of the box and packing materials
Warranty Information
We will guarantee that our plants are healthy at the time of sale, have passed all state agricultural requirements and have been packaged to the best of our ability to prevent damage. We do not guarantee the survivablitiy of our plants nor do we guarantee that they will live and grow or to the future health of the plant due to circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPMENT LOSS OR DAMAGE: This means damage beyond reasonable repair or packages lost and not delivered. Replacements for your order will be re-sent as soon as possible, and if not possible, a refund will be sent.
Any damage during shipment must be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt of your plants. Under no circumstance will we be responsible for more than the cost of the original plant(s). We will not warranty damage not reported to us within a timely manner because we may have lost the chance to obtain a refund from the carrier. Be prepared to provide pictures of the damage.
REFUNDS
We will only issue refunds under the following conditions:
- The item you ordered is not available foir shipment
- In the event of shipment damage, we will send a replacement if possible. If we can not send a replacement, then we will issue a refund
- We will issue a refund IF your order has not been packaged and shipped and you cancel your order. Once your item as been packaged and boxed, but not shipped, and you cancel your order we will issue a refund less 10% of the purchase price for restocking fee.
