We guarantee that our plants are healthy at the time of sale, have passed all state agricultural requirements and have been packaged to the best of our ability to prevent damage. We guarantee that our plants are true to name and that will arrive to you in good condition. We do not guarantee the survivablitiy of our plants nor do we guarantee that they will live and grow or to the future healthy of the plant due to circumstances beyond our control. Any damage during shipment must be reported tu us within 2 business days of receipt of your plant. In no circumstance will we be responsible for more than the cost of the original plant(s).
