Like millions of retailers, we often put items on sale. Because we are dealing with plants, every single pot is treated as an individual item, and when we determine to put something on sale we do it for a variety of reasons:
- The item may not be selling
- The remaining inventory may be a new crop
- The remaining inventory is different is size and quality to what has been sold previously
- The item may be discontinued
- We need to clear the items for inventory space for a new crop
Within a crop of plants, we may have A's, B's and C's in grade. Some may be larger, some may be smaller, some may be thinner and some may be fuller. Size, quality and availability always determines the prices of our plants.
We understand that it is frustrating to purchase an item, only to find that a sale is offered soon after your purchase. We want to help you with your concerns regarding products you purchase from us and items we put on sale.
If you buy something from CamelliaShop and we put the same identical item on sale within 10 days of your purchase or receipt of the item, then we will make an effort to honor the sale provided that the items that are on sale are identical to the items you purchased. For example, if you purchased a Camellia, and the items on sale are identical in variety, size and quality to what you purchased, then we will honor the sale item prices. If the item is much smaller in size or depreciated in quaility compared to the item you purchased, then we will not honor the sale price on a previous order. You must contact us if you feel you are due a credit for a recent sale item.
No cash or credit card refunds will be made. If any credit is due, we will issue you a store credit that you can use on a future order.
