I am rarely in the office or near a telephone so the best way to contact me, and to get an answer quickly is by email or text. Often I can answer an email or text during the day and I can get an answer quickly to my customers and it is much easeir than my missing your call or you missing mine.
I prefer to handle all customer service issues with email whether it's questions about plants, ordering, or problems with shipments. Email is a much more effective method of contact.
I do have a voice mail, and if you have to convey your message to me by this method, please indicate a time you can be reached and what you issue pertains to. It would also be helpful if I knew where you were calling from so you won't get an early morning wakeup call.
If you do not get an email or text response from me within 24 hours (Monday - Saturday) then send me another one - I respond to all emails and texts that I receive and if I don't respond, I didn't get it.
