Customer Service

We are a small business and we grow, sell and ship all of our own plants.  I am rarely in the office or near a telephone so the best way to contact me, and to get an answer quickly is by email or text.  Often I can answer an email or text during the day and I can get an answer quickly to my customers and it is much easeir than my missing your call or you missing mine.  

I prefer to handle all customer service issues with email whether it's questions about plants, ordering, or problems with shipments.  Email is a much more effective method of contact. 

I do have a voice mail, and if you have to convey your message to me by this method, please indicate a time you can be reached and what you issue pertains to.  It would also be helpful if I knew where you were calling from so you won't get an early morning wakeup call.
